Ecofont: A Free Eco-Friendly Font

Hats off to Spranq design studio from the city of cheese, Netherlands. One that has designed environmentally friendly letter: Ecofont. A Letter that can reduce the use of printer ink and toner up to 20% compared to ordinary letters.

Design of the letter itself was developed from Vera Sans, an opensource font, ​​the letter body pierced perforated like a Dutch cheese. No ink required to print a hole, this is the simple idea that savings can be made​​.

That way, designers, printing, or any font user can save the cost (to buy ink and toner), frugality environmental cost that must be removed every time we create something.
